We no longer operate drop in face2face services. Please call our Advice Line, try out our web chat and other services on this website. Face2face appointments are booked through our Advice line, and via web chat. We also work with a range of local trusted partner agencies and they can refer you directly to us.
If you need face2face advice and appointment slots are available, we will book one for you.
We deliver our face2face advice by appointment at various venues across the Borough.
