From Monday 2nd March, 2020 we will be joining Citizens Advice National Telephone Adviceline service.
This means our telephone adviceline number will be changing to 0300 330 9038
Joining the Citizens Advice National Adviceline service will have some advantages for people trying to get advice from us via the telephone, such as:
- A queuing system so you’ll be able to wait in a queue for your call to be answered, instead of getting an engaged tone if all our advisers are busy.
- During busy periods you call may be answered by Citizens Advice National Adviceline staff instead of our advisers at Citizens Advice Barking & Dagenham. The National team can provide the same advice you would receive from one of our local advisers, but can also make a referral directly to us if they feel you need further assistance or face to face advice.
