As of 23 March 2020 Citizens Advice Barking & Dagenham has put in place precautions following guidance released by Public Health England and Government in relation to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We have stopped all face to face services including all drop-ins and face to face appointments. From 23 March all advice will be by telephone or webchat.

In April 2020 our services are changing to enable us to reach more residents across Barking and Dagenham.
From 2 January we are carrying out new service pilots and re-training our staff and volunteers.
Telephone Advice: 3 days weekly

Note from 1 March 2020 onwards we will be joining the National Citizens Advice telephone advice line and telephone advice will extend to 5 days a week.
Due to a water leak at our Barking BLC office, we will unfortunately be closed Thursday 6th June, 2019 and unable to provide our regular drop-in advice session. We aim to resume normal service Friday 7th June 2019 from 9.00am to 2.00pm.
