Service Change UPDATE

As of 23 March 2020 Citizens Advice Barking & Dagenham has put in place precautions following guidance released by Public Health England and Government in relation to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We have stopped all face to face services including all drop-ins and face to face appointments. From 23 March all advice will be by telephone or webchat.

Our Service January to March 2020

In April 2020 our services are changing to enable us to reach more residents across Barking and Dagenham.

From 2 January we are carrying out new service pilots and re-training our staff and volunteers.

Telephone Advice: 3 days weekly
2 January to 28 February 2020

• Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• 9.30 to 4.30pm
Note from 1 March 2020 onwards we will be joining the National Citizens Advice telephone advice line and telephone advice will extend to 5 days a week.

Due to the Barking Learning Centre being used as a Polling Station for the General Election on 12th December, 2019, we will be unable to provide our usual drop-in session on this date.

We will resume our normal drop-in times from Friday 13th December 2019 at 9.00am till 2.00pm
